This hand-formed bowl has a natural undulation to it, flowing with the wiggles and stripes displayed in the layered colored clay- a technique called nerikomi. The three different colors- white, sand, and dark brown layered clays are coated in a foodsafe clear glaze, making this a beautiful fruit bowl, table display or alter dish. The underside of the raised bowl is glazed in an earthy green glaze and decorated with a stamped pattern on the outer rim.
